Citation Amnesty
As a courtesy, an amnesty period for unpaid Buffalo State parking citations will be offered through May 1, 2026. Upon request from the registered owner, late fees will be forgiven once the initial fine(s) are paid. Individuals may review and pay their accounts at Parking Services Payment Portal. Any requests to have late fines waived after close of business on May 1, 2026 will not be considered.
An email will be sent to the supplied address when the late penalty has been removed. Payment of the fine must be made within 24 hours of notification or the late penalty will be reapplied.

This amnesty period only applies to the late penalties incurred from outstanding citations. This process is not an appeal to the citation(s), which is only allowed for 30 days after a ticket's issuance.
